Our D-partments were built in 2020 and are centrally located in the western district of Essen. We offer you space to work, live and to feel good. Numerous parks that are close by offer a place to relax. The main train station and the city center are just a few minutes’ walk away. You will find the Limbecker Platz near by, which is one of the largest inner-city shopping centers in Germany.<\/p>\n

You will also find a small DELI of the Flowers Hotel for delicious snacks and drinks as well as a rooftop bar and a restaurant.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
