Our family can look back on many years of experience in building and living. We know how scarce living space is in urban centers – especially for short and medium-term needs.
That’s why we at D-partments offer carefree living: furnished apartments in central locations in Münster and Essen with a wide range of services. This leaves enough time and energy for the finer things in life.
With us, you always have a contact person who takes care of the smaller problems with the same care as the larger ones. At our location in Münster-Zentrum, our reception is staffed at fixed times, otherwise you can reach us by telephone. There is a 24-hour reception in Essen, but you are also welcome to call us if you have any questions about the D-partments in Essen.

Everything is included in the rent, so you don’t have to worry about additional costs.
Plans can change: You can terminate your rental contract on a monthly basis.
You can easily move into our furnished apartments with your suitcases.
You have a contact person who takes care of everything concerning your apartment.
With the range of services offered by our partners, you can make even better use of your free space.
Plant My Tree
We are more than climate-neutral, we are climate-positive: we have already planted over 500 trees with our cooperation partner Plant My Tree. With every rental agreement, we sponsor a tree and thus reforest the forest near Lüdenscheid.
We can also set an example for sustainability in new construction. Our façades at our Germania Campus locations in Münster and Essen are made from recycled clinker brick and thus combine new construction with the careful use of resources in an elegant, economical and ecological way.
