In our Metropolis high-rise, built in 2016, you will find more than just a furnished apartment: here we offer you space to work, live and feel good. In addition to the 97 D-partments, there are offices, restaurants and student apartments here. Our entrance hall is particularly beautifully designed with an installation by the artist Boris Doempke.
We have thought of everything: our house has a central laundry room with washing machines and dryers as well as an underground bicycle garage with 150 parking spaces. Access to the house is fully electronic everywhere.
OUR MISSION
We know how scarce living space is in our beautiful city and would therefore like to meet this need. Our family has many years of experience in building and living in Münster. With D-partments, we want to create a home for people where they can live as comfortably as possible.
That’s why our concept offers carefree living: furnished apartments in a central location and with a wide range of services. This leaves enough time and energy for more beautiful things in life.
Everything is included in the rent, so you don’t have to worry about additional costs.
Plans can change: You can terminate your rental contract on a monthly basis.
You can easily move into our furnished apartments with your suitcases.
