Our D-partments were built in 2020 and are centrally located in the western district of Essen. We offer you space to work, live and to feel good. Numerous parks that are close by offer a place to relax. The main train station and the city center are just a few minutes’ walk away. You will find the Limbecker Platz near by, which is one of the largest inner-city shopping centers in Germany.
You will also find a small DELI of the Flowers Hotel for delicious snacks and drinks as well as a rooftop bar and a restaurant.
OUR MISSION
We know how challenging scarce living space in the vibrant Ruhr metropolis of Essen can be. Therefore we would like to cover this need. Our family has many years of experience in building and living. With D-partments, we want to create a home for people where they can live and develop as comfortable as possible.
That’s why our concept offers carefree living: furnished apartments in a central location and with a wide range of services. This leaves enough time and energy for more beautiful things in life.
Everything is included in the rent, so you don’t have to worry about additional costs.
Plans can change: You can terminate your rental contract on a monthly basis.
You can easily move into our furnished apartments with your suitcases.
You have a contact person who takes care of everything concerning your apartment.
